Anyone who enchats an item or combines an item during the duration of the raffle time will be entered in a raffle to win a Jeweled Bird!
*Note, you do not need to reach CS12/120%, or even be successful with your attempt. All you have to do is try one time, and that is one entry!*

Players who have qualified for the 4th Tier of the Enchanting Month v.2 promotion are not eligible to win this raffle.
